I had to slow down to allow Mr Farmers stock to cross the road ahead of me.

Lucky Me – time on the ocean is so good for the soul

Mahana is 75 years old, still pretty active but very inconvenienced by intermittent Vertigo.  She has poor balance, and walks very cautiously, fearing a fall, broken hips and bones etc

Now Walks With Confidence
